This is a "Holo Projector" commonly seen on Astromechs, scrubbers and even MSE droids. Originally from a Vickers Viscount aircraft, this replicated found part will look amazing on your next build.
Shrouds are NOT included, however, I may have them available in the near future. Also, there is no cap for the rear yet, however, a 3D printed version will be available shortly and will be mailed to anyone who purchases these fine items.
An opaque lens IS included as seen in the pictures.
